Our turnaround time is based on the fact that we personally review each and every request, and study your requirements to create the perfect menu to suit your occasion specifically.   We can assure you that we begin working on your request right away.  You will be sent an email as soon as you have completed our questionnaire to let you know that we have received your request.  It is certainly possible to get your plan sooner than our standard turnaround time.  Please see our pricing page for details on our rush service.  Also, if you are concerned at any time with the progress of your order, please feel free to call or email us.  We are committed to customer service, and have no problem addressing any concerns you may have.

Once you’ve decided which services to purchase, you will be directed to PAYPAL – a very secure, and very widely used online payment site.  Paypal accepts all major credit cards.   You do not need an account with Paypal to purchase our services.  Your credit card statement will show that the payment was made to Paypal, not Party Designers.  We are notified of your payment immediately, and will start working on your request right away.

As soon as you complete your payment transaction you will be directed back to our site and immediately to our questionnaire.   The questionnaire is not on the site before payment as it is part of our service to our customers only.  If by chance you don’t get sent back to our questionnaire, or if you accidentally close your web browser, your confirmation email will include a link that will take you directly to where you need to go.  If you have any concerns, or did not get our email confirming your purchase, please contact us at info@partydesigners.ca

Absolutely! Our questionnaire asks very specific questions that will make sure we know of any allergies or dislikes among your guests.  We will also ask you if there are any foods that you would like us to include or even exclude from your menu.  If you are worried about allergies among your guests, please be sure to check with them before planning your party.

It is important that you answer our questionnaire as specifically as possible. Many of the questions are designed to learn about you, the cook.  That is how we determine what we can and can’t provide to you in your menu.   The questions are formulated so that every concern should be addressed, but if you find there is something you still need to make us aware of, please make sure to make ample use of our comments sections.  You can use it to let us know anything you don’t feel was covered in your answers!

Not long at all!  This process should only take 10 – 15 minutes at the most.  The more specific you are with your answers, the more we can be sure to tailor a menu that will suit you perfectly.

Whichever package you choose you will get a menu that suits you specifically.  If you are worried that you won’t like the recipes we create for you, we highly recommend you opt for the Delicious Decisions Package. It is basically 3 menus for less than the cost of two, and will provide you with the option of choosing between different menus if one or two dishes do not appeal to you.

The best part about becoming a Party Designers member is that you can use the menus provided for whichever occasion you wish! Not hosting Mother’s Day, but have family coming in from out of town? Use the brunch menu, and serve them a wonderful breakfast. Is going out for Valentine’s Day more your tradition? No problem, keep the Valentine’s menu handy for when you want to impress your spouse – any night of the year!
